Cancellation Policy – Trendbeo

Effective Date: January 2026

At Trendbeo, we understand that sometimes plans change. This Cancellation Policy explains how users can cancel their orders and what to expect regarding refunds and processing.


1. Eligibility for Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before the seller ships the product.

  • Cancellation requests must be made through the Trendbeo app or via email (support@trendbeo.rs).

  • Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.


2. How to Cancel an Order

  • Open the order details in the Trendbeo app.

  • Select the “Cancel Order” option.

  • Provide a reason for cancellation (optional but recommended).

  • You will receive a confirmation once the cancellation is approved.


3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded using the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 3–7 business days depending on the payment provider.

  • Trendbeo is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.


4. Exceptions

  • Digital products or subscription services may have specific cancellation rules, stated at the time of purchase.

  • Orders that violate Trendbeo policies or involve fraudulent activity cannot be cancelled.
