Refunds are applicable for damaged, incorrect, or missing items.
Orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for consideration.
Digital products or services may have different refund rules, as specified at the time of purchase.
Customers must contact Trendbeo support via the app or email (support@crs.rs) to initiate a return.
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Trendbeo will review the return request and provide instructions for return shipping if applicable.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Refunds may take 3–7 business days depending on payment provider processing times.
Trendbeo is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.
Orders can be cancelled before the seller ships the product.
Cancellation requests should be submitted via the Trendbeo app or support email.
Refunds for cancelled orders will follow the same processing rules as above.
Custom-made products, perishable items, or sealed goods may not be eligible for return unless defective.
Fraudulent claims or misuse of the refund policy may result in account suspension.
